Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Because skincare is a personal-use product, we are generally unable to accept returns on opened or substantially used items unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to make changes.
